昨年は、住宅宿泊事業法が施行されましたが、役所に届出をしない闇民泊が依然横行しているとの記事を見かけました。理由は多々あると思いますが、一つに申請者が外国人の場合、日本語での書類作成が困難だったり、役所の窓口で説明を聞いても正しく理解できなったりというのがあるようです。
当事務所でも闇民泊根絶に向けた企画を考えました。
木曜日限定ですが、英語でのワンコイン民泊相談を始めます。是非この機会に合法的な民泊を理解して、正しく届出を行っていただきたいと思います。

Last year, Private Lodging Business (Minpaku) law was enforced, but I read an article saying that the illegal minpaku that still does not notify the government office is still rampant.
There may be many reasons. For foreigners, one of the biggest reason is that it’s difficult to write documents in Japanese,and even if they hear explanation in Japanese at the office window, they can not understand it properly.
Our office start one coin (500yen) consultation on every Thursday for foreigners to consult how to apply pricate lodging business (minpaku) correctly.
